• 2-time Speed record holder for circumnavigating Vancouver Island by sea kayak. 1150 kilometers in 16 days, 12 hours and 14 minutes.
• 37 years plus of paddling experience from coast to coast.
• 17 years working in the paddlesports business.

• Aug. 2003 Attempt on the 24 Hour Endurance Kayaking World Record, paddling 275 kilometers in 22 hours down the Peace River. while a member of the Necky Kayaks Pro Team

• Marathon Canoe Racer off and on since the 1980's

• Solo Kayaking expeditions of up to 1200 kilometers.

• 6 Month Solo Cross Canada Canoe Expedition.

• Creator and President of the Superior Kayak & Canoe Club.
